The 2026 Startup Battlefield 200 is here — see who made the cut

The 2026 Startup Battlefield 200 has been announced, revealing a handpicked cohort of 200 early-stage startups from around the world. The list represents the most promising young companies across every major sector, from artificial intelligence and climate technology to health, fintech, robotics, and consumer products. Selected from thousands of applications, these founders have earned a spot to exhibit at Disrupt 2026, which will take place October 13-15 at Moscone West in San Francisco.

This year's cohort is global in scope and diverse in ambition. The selected startups are building in areas such as agtech and food, automotive and transportation, biotech and pharmaceuticals, consumer, cybersecurity, e-commerce and retail, edtech, energy and clean tech, enterprise tech, entertainment and media, fintech, government and legal, health and wellness, human resources, logistics and supply chain, manufacturing and industrial, marketing and advertising, real estate and proptech, social impact, smart cities and infrastructure, and space and defense. The breadth of categories reflects how quickly early-stage innovation is spreading across the economy.

At Disrupt 2026, attendees will be able to watch live demonstrations of never-before-seen technology, see Startup Battlefield companies pitch in front of top global venture capitalists, and cheer them on as they compete for $100,000 in equity-free funding and the iconic Disrupt Cup. The top 20 finalists from the 200 list will be revealed live on Day 1 of Disrupt on October 13, making the opening day a focal point for investors, media, and fellow founders.

The Startup Battlefield program has a long track record of identifying companies that go on to define their categories. Alumni include Dropbox, Cloudflare, and Discord. Together, Startup Battlefield alumni have raised more than $32 billion and produced 250 exits, according to program figures. That history gives the 2026 cohort a strong platform and a high bar.

The 2026 Startup Battlefield 200 is presented by Google for Startups and SAP, the premier sponsors, who support early-stage startups as they build, scale, and succeed. Their involvement underscores the event's role as a launchpad for founders seeking capital, customers, and visibility.

For those who applied but do not see their company on the list, official updates will be sent soon. Due to the volume of submissions, individual application inquiries cannot be answered. Startups that made the cut should watch their inboxes for time-sensitive next steps.
